A low cost but incredibly strong warehouse shelving system, J Rivet MFC Shelving uses high grade melamine shelves and is manufactured using high quality steel uprights and beams that fit together with a unique heavy duty rivet and key hole slot that allows a simple but effective way to construct the shelving bays. The J Rivet MFC Racking system has no nuts or bolts used in the construction of shelving bays and requires no bracing - offering uninterrupted access to stored materials from all four sides, making it ideal for use in warehouse and storeroom picking operations.

• Please note that for safety and stability the first shelf level must be attached within 98mm - 200mm from the ground
• To calculate the proper shelf pitch (the distance between shelf levels) take the height of the tallest item being stored on the level plus the shelf thickness (beam + MFC = 30mm) and divide this by 38.1. Round this figure to the nearest whole number and multiply by 38.1. E.g: height of item stored = 300mm. (300+30)/38.1 = 8.66. Rounded to nearest whole number is 9, and x 38.1= 342.9mm Shelf Pitch
