RETURNS POLICY

At Shelving.co.uk, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our workplace solutions; if, however, you are not happy with your purchase and wish to arrange a return, our customer care team is here to help: Call 08082397680 or email returns@csigroup.info for assistance.

Business-to-Business accounts (B2B)

All returns for B2B accounts are subject to the following conditions:

  • The return of goods shall not be accepted unless agreed in writing with Shelving.co.uk within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods.
  • The return of goods is to be arranged at the buyer’s expense and risk.
  • Returns are subject to a restocking charge.
  • Goods must be examined upon receipt and any damage or discrepancies noted on the carrier’s sheet and notified to Shelving.co.uk immediately.
  • Where it is accepted that goods are to be returned and a refund made, Shelving.co.uk will refund to the buyer any part of the price of the goods that Shelving.co.uk has received, provided that the goods:
    1. Are in an undamaged, unused and resalable condition in their original, undamaged packaging
    2. Are not perishable or, by their nature cannot be returned
    3. Are not made-to-order
    4. Have not been personalised or customised to non-standard specifications

Consumer accounts (B2C)

Shelving.co.uk operates on a primarily Business-to-Business (B2B) basis. If a buyer’s purchase is intended for personal or domestic use and not in connection with a business, additional rights apply.

  • In terms of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the goods have not been adapted to meet your specific requirements, for the buyer to change their mind and request a full refund from Shelving.co.uk provided they give notice to Shelving.co.uk within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
  • Following notification of their intent to cancel, the buyer must return the goods in the same condition in which they were received to Shelving.co.uk within a further fourteen (14) days. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and if you fail to do so Shelving.co.uk may have a right to claim compensation.
  • The return of goods is to be arranged at the buyer’s expense and risk.
  • Upon receipt of the returned goods, Shelving.co.uk must refund the customer within fourteen (14) days. The refund will be of the price paid by you less the amount by which any delivery charges exceed Shelving.co.uk’s standard delivery charge and will be made by the method by which the buyer paid for the goods unless Shelving.co.uk agrees otherwise.

Notifying Shelving.co.uk upon receipt of damaged goods

Should you receive goods which you have identified as being damaged, please get in touch with Shelving.co.uk immediately upon receipt on 08082397680 or email at: returns@csigroup.info. If possible, we would request that you send us a photograph of the damage as a file attachment, using our online returns form; this will help to improve the response time of our team in processing your return.

Returning goods with Shelving.co.uk

The return of goods must be arranged at the buyer’s expense and risk, for both B2B and B2C accounts; if you would like to take advantage of our extensive courier network to return your goods, this can be arranged, with the cost of carriage being deducted from your refund, or invoice as appropriate.
