Free Delivery
Our Free UK Delivery offer applies to all orders for delivery to the UK Mainland (restrictions may apply – see below).

Delivery Surcharges

Some items and delivery to outlying UK areas may be subject to a delivery surcharge. If this surcharge applies to your delivery address, or to an item you have in your basket, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Deliveries to the following areas may be subject to a delivery surcharge: Rural Wales, Cornwall, the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, the Channel Isles, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.

A £5 Delivery Surcharge applies to postcodes: TR1-27 and some areas of rural Wales.

A £15 Delivery Surcharge applies to postcodes: FK8, FK17-21, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-3, KW5-14, PA20-24, PA26-38, PA80, PH15-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.

Non UK Mainland

For delivery to outlying areas please contact us on 0800 083 0953 for a quoted delivery price.

Exclusions

Certain ranges of products across our site are excluded from our Free Delivery Offer or may include minimum order levels. You can find out if this applies to a specific product by referring to the ‘delivery information’ section of its individual web page.

Delivery Policy

Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate. Please note that deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday, bank holidays or national holidays. Items ordered together may be delivered separately. Delivery will be made to the delivery address you specified during the checkout process.

Your order will be delivered to the point on your premises which provides optimal access for our carrier. Please notify us of any obstacles on your premises (including, but not limited to: narrow driveways, rough terrain and unauthorized access zones) which may preclude us from delivering the goods and/or providing the services. If such circumstances apply, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee prior to delivery of the goods and/or commencement of the services.

Delivery to residential addresses may be subject to a surcharge.

How will my order be delivered?

Due to the nature of most of our products, items are typically delivered on a pallet; if this is not suitable, please contact us when you place your order and our team will endeavour to accommodate your requirements. Please be aware that our delivery drivers are unable to remove or dispose of pallets after your goods have been delivered.

Can deliveries be brought inside a building within my premises?

For health and safety reasons, our delivery drivers cannot carry goods through a building, unload items from the pallet they have been delivered on, or take deliveries up or down to different levels of a building via stairs or lift. Our customers are advised that pallet deliveries can only be offered as a kerb-side service.
