How long will I have to wait for my delivery?
Shelving.co.uk aims to process all orders and have them despatched within 3 to 5 working days from payment.
Please insure all items received have been checked before signing the carriers delivery paperwork.
Can I request a timed delivery?
We cannot give a timed delivery but we do offer two delivery options as follows
· Before 10.30am
· Before 12pm
These will be subject to an additional charge when you go through the checkout.
N.B delivery’s that have been requested on the above 2 options are subject to change in circumstances beyond control. i.e. Weather, Traffic etc
Can you deliver to offshore areas?
We deliver to Mainland UK and Scottish Highlands (Excluding offshore) when purchasing products from our website. If you require delivery to the Offshore Scottish Highlands, Northern & Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Shetlands, The Isle of Wight and Isle of Man please contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 849 8410.
Returns
If the goods you’ve ordered are not suitable or defective, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 849 8410 to arrange collection.
Please have the following ready when arranging a return
· Your Order Reference Number
· Details of items to be returned
· Collection address
· Collection contact name and telephone number
· Items in original packaging suitable for transit
Returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions and carriage charges are non refundable.
Delivery Restrictions
Restrictions to deliveries are as follows
· We do not deliver to PO Boxes
· We cannot offload to destinations that require delivery to steps, staircases or lifts
· That cannot receive pallets ( if pallets cannot be accepted, please talk to our Customer Service Team to discuss possible delivery options)
· We do not deliver on Bank Holidays, National Holidays or weekends.
· Restricted access areas that require further transfer from carriers vehicle, or restrict size of vehicle from delivering to requested premises.
· Some items may need two people to offload, in this instance the carriers will need assistance in offloading your order.
I have only received part of my order, where’s the remaining items?
Items ordered together may be delivered separately. If you have not received all your items within 3-5 working days please contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 849 8410.
I have missed my delivery, what do I do?
If you unfortunately missed your delivery for any reason please contact our Customer Service Team.
N.B You may occur an additional charge for re-delivery of your items.
